-Important Notice Before Ordering- Be sure to check the System Requirements for each software title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
-Return Policy-
All sales are final accept under certain conditions:
1.)Any Piece of software that is defective maybe returned within 7-10 days after receiving your items and will be replaced with new software.If the item is out of stock you can receive a refund,store credit or you can apply the store credit to any item that is of the same equal value.
Please take note:Software replacement can take up to as much as 2-3 weeks.
2.)If you have not opened any software, you can return the product to us for a refund within 7-10 days after receiving your product.
Please take note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Pc Software may not be held responsible for any damages during shipping.We do our best to ensure that all items are well packaged before shipping.We Will continue to update this policy as needed.
Packages Shipped:While we use PC Software as our store name we ship all packages out with our real business name Vivid Images.
